Alicia Kemp — Founder

Alicia Jade Kemp is the founder and driving force behind “AJK Entertainment” an agency she launched in June 2022 after the challenging impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. When her performance contracts came to a halt Alicia channeled her passion and resilience into creating AJK. She was determined to bring something positive and vibrant from a difficult time and to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. Alicia has come from a professional and extensive performance background and has had experience across the UK and abroad. Alicia creates unforgettable acts for a wide range of events such as weddings, festivals, corporate gatherings and private parties. Alicia not only oversees the business but also performs as a lead artist too infusing each event with her personal dedication and artistry.

Mike Rose — Creative genius

Alicia’s talented fiancé who is the creative specialist behind AJK’s standout costumes. As a visionary costume designer Mike crafts bespoke outfits that bring each performance to life adding a unique and visually stunning flair that sets AJK Entertainment apart. Together Alicia and Mike create a polished and bespoke entertainment network bringing their shared vision to every spectacular event.
